REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

At EROESMERAKI, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item, we offer easy and hassle-free refunds and exchanges, subject to the following terms:

 

Refunds

  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. 

  • Please provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) when requesting a refund.

  •  Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and customized items are non-refundable.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

 

Exchanges

  • Items eligible for exchange must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags intact.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To initiate an exchange, contact our customer support team at emerakiclothing2024@gmail.com. Let us know the reason for the exchange and the item you would like in return (size, color, etc.). Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your original item and send out your new item upon receipt.

  • We cover the cost of shipping for your first exchange. For any additional exchanges, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the issue, whether through a refund, exchange, or repair.

 

How to Start a Return or Exchange

 

1. Contact us using our Contact Us form to initiate a return or exchange. 

2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return or exchange.

3. Follow the return instructions we provide, and ship the item back to us.

4. Once received, we will process your request within 5-7 business days.
