You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email once your order is sent. Please keep an eye on these details to know when to expect your order. If tracking information seems incomplete or missing, ensure you're using the correct tracking site for your destination country. For example, if you have tracking details from DHL, enter the same number in your local post tracking site for more accurate updates.

If an item is missing from your order, please email us clear photos of the parcel, including the seal/opening, shipping labels, and the entire contents. If you've already contacted the courier, provide your customer reference number and any correspondence. We'll resolve this as soon as we receive the information.

Once a return or exchange is processed and the item(s) are returned, you'll receive a refund notification via email within 10 days. Refunds may take 5-10 days to process, depending on the original payment method. Refunds are processed in GBP (£), so the final amount may differ due to currency conversion rates. Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within the specified timeframe. For product faults, contact us immediately upon receiving the item. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
