Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

How to Return
Start Your Return
Email us at returns@eroesmeraki.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours.
Get Your Label
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label (US only). International customers will receive return instructions.
Pack & Ship
Pack items securely in original packaging if possible. Attach the label and drop off at any carrier location.
Get Refunded
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges
🔄 Need a Different Size?
The fastest way to get the right size is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures your preferred size doesn't sell out while waiting for the exchange.
If you'd prefer a direct exchange, contact us and we'll hold the new size for you while your return is in transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
Received something damaged or defective? We've got you.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage/defect
- Photo of the shipping label
We'll send a replacement immediately or issue a full refund — your choice. No need to return the damaged item.
